Shouldn't he get the hint after two judges have said that parts of the PATRIOT act are unconstitutional that maybe, just maybe, it is unconstitutional.

The meat of the most recent case is that the feds want to be able to go through your phone records and any information your ISP keeps on you and not allow them to disclose to the person being searched that anything took place.

Even if we have to circumvent the Constitution we'll use it to fight terrorism. If you were using Constitution you wouldn't need the fucking PATRIOT act.
