Hous of Reps. reveal utter lack of knowledge of Constitution
So what exactly was that whole rap about three braches of government about? Apparently the House thinks it's ok to piss all over the judicial branch by not allowing them to hear challenges to the constitutionality of the wording of the pledge of allegiance.
Now, I'm all for revising and reinterpretation of the laws to fit the times we live in. However, I think the idea of three seperate braches balancing each other in terms of power is a really good idea that is just as valid now as it was a couple of hundred years ago (and some change). Apparently, the House doesn't agree with me.
